We are excited to share the highlights of September which included the Zambia Association of Manufacturers’ Manufacturers Month, which was packed with events and meaningful engagements. From industry expos to community outreach it has been a month of collaboration, growth and celebration. Here’s a quick recap:
Local Content Mining Expo
Kicked off by attending the Local Content Mining Expo on the Copperbelt, which was an incredible opportunity to showcase our products and network with other industry leaders. Gaining valuable insights into how manufacturing can further support mining operations plus local economies. We also made time to visit an Glory Orphanage and Community School with the Zambia Association of Manufacturers to give a helping hand.
The Mupapa Initiative at Mwembeshi Remand Prison
This project was a collaboration with The Mupapa Initiative, Majoru Investments Limited, Zambia Association of Manufacturers and Fertiliser Seed and Grain (FSG) Zambia. Thank you to the Zambia Correctional Service we planted 60+ fruit trees, which is a daily reminder that growth and renewal are possible, no matter the circumstances.

Had the chance to showcase our products and services while engaging with potential clients, industry experts and fellow exhibitors which was a fantastic experience. The energy and enthusiasm of the event demonstrated the resilience of the manufacturing industry in Zambia.
Manufacturers Gala Dinner & Awards
We put our work suits to the side for one night, capping off the month with the Manufacturers Gala Dinner and Awards. Wonderful to witness all the winners and find out more about what they are doing in the industry. We are glad to be part of such a vibrant community and we look forward to see what comes next.
